MPS Industrial are currently recruiting for factory production operatives in the Hirwaun area of Aberdare for our well-established manufacturing client.

Candidates will be required to run production machines, assemble items, pack items, prepare items for dispatch and assist in general factory duties as and when needed.

Own transport preferred due to location.

Hours of Work

Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm

But this will change to a days & afternoons shift pattern of 6am - 2pm and 2pm - 10pm rotating.

All candidates will need to attend an induction that will be paid once you begin the shift pattern.

Rate of Pay

£12.21 per hour, paid weekly which will increase to £13.43 per hour on shift pattern. OT also available
