MPS Industrial are recruiting for Manufacturing Machine Operators for our established client in the Cardiff Docks area of Cardiff.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machinery in a manufacturing environment. This role is crucial to ensuring the efficient production of high-quality products while adhering to safety standards and operational procedures.

Candidates will be required to –

Operate & monitor specialist machines with touch screen technology within the process plant to ensure optimal performance

Adjust machine settings as necessary to meet production specifications.

Maintain accurate records of production data, machine performance, and maintenance activities.

Conduct quality checks on the product every hour

Work on the production lines with bulk materials

General duties such as lifting, manual handling, picking and packing.

This is manual work so being physically fit is required for this position. Manufacturing experience is also essential for this role.

This is a dusty work environment - PPE is provided.

In return, our client offers full time hours & permanent contracts.

Working Hours

Days & Afternoons rotating - you MUST be able to worth BOTH shifts

Days - 06:00am - 14:00pm

Afternoons - 14:00pm - 22:00pm

Overtime also available

Rate of Pay

Days - £11.44 per hour

Afternoons - £12.09 per hour
